Carton Packaging Automation

Corrugated and folding carton production in a single system: orders, dies, raw materials, costing, production lines, warehouse and shipping. Cost analysis sits at the core, so you know what every box costs instead of guessing.

Highlight: Cost analysis

Quote from calculated numbers, not gut feeling.

Board consumption, die share, printing, cutting, labour and overheads are all tracked as separate cost lines. The system works out unit cost and waste for the run size you enter; add your margin and the selling price falls out on its own.

  • Line-by-line cost breakdown with a waste allowance
  • Unit cost by quantity and an instant quotation
  • Customer-specific price lists and margin rules
  • Actual cost compared against the estimate when the order closes
Talk Through Your Cost Model
Production Flow

One chain, from order to shipping.

Every step inherits the data from the one before it. You never key the same detail twice, and you never hunt for the job that quietly stalled.

Step 01

Order and Quotation

The order opens with dimensions, quantity and a due date. The quotation, priced off the cost model, prints from the same screen.

Step 02

Product and Die

Box size, flute type and blank layout are defined, then you pick a die from the archive or register a new one.

Step 03

Material Planning

The board and carton required are reserved from stock. Anything short of the requirement lands on the purchasing list.

Step 04

Production Work Order

The work order joins the queue of its production line; printing, cutting and packing are ticked off step by step.

Step 05

Warehouse and Shipping

Finished goods move into the warehouse and leave against a delivery note. Whatever is still outstanding shows on the order.

Step 06

Accounts and Reporting

Each shipment posts to the customer account, and actual cost, profitability and balance reports update at the same moment.

Capabilities

Modules built around the language of packaging.

This is not a general-purpose ERP bent into shape. The screens already understand flute types, blank layouts, dies and waste.

Products, Sizes and Dies

  • Box size, flute type and blank layout on one product record
  • Die archive: which die is where, and on which product
  • Repeat orders recall the previous product in one click

Raw Materials and Stock

  • Board and carton purchases entered against delivery notes
  • Stock balances by sheet size, grammage and flute
  • Alerts when a material drops below its reorder level

Costing and Pricing

  • Materials, dies, labour and overheads costed separately
  • Unit cost and waste calculated for the run size
  • Enter a margin and the price and quotation build themselves

Production Lines and Work Orders

  • Work orders raised from the order, queued by line
  • Progress marked at printing, cutting and packing
  • Late jobs surface at the top of the list

Accounts and Balances

  • Account balances tracked per customer and dealer
  • Collections, payments and returns in a single statement
  • Overdue receivables kept on their own list

Reporting and Export

  • Order, production, stock, cost and profitability reports
  • Filter by date, customer or product
  • One-click export to Excel and PDF
Enterprise Foundations

Who did what, and from where, is always on record.

Production data is the most valuable record a manufacturer holds. We keep permissions tight per team, log every transaction, and leave the hosting decision to you.

  • Permissions by user group: each team sees only its own screens
  • Full audit trail: who changed which record, and when
  • Responsive interface: tablet on the shop floor, phone on the road
  • Ready to run in the cloud, or installed on your own server
