Workflow

Order
Product, linear metering, quantity, due date and price on a single form. The customer balance sits right there on the same screen.

Preflight
Artwork is uploaded, then checked for size, colour and bleed before approval. Unapproved files never reach the floor.

Work Order
The approved order becomes a work order and takes its place in the production queue by due date.

Digital Printing
Queued jobs go to press. On variable data work, every copy is produced with its own record.

Lamination and Finishing
Lamination, cutting, folding and packing are signed off one by one, so no stage quietly gets skipped.

Shipping
Delivery is planned, the dispatch note is issued and payment posts to the account. The order closes.
